- If you could be in any Disney Park right now, which would it be?
- What one attraction would you ride?
- What meal would you eat?
- What treat would you get?
- What parade or show would you watch?
- What character would you meet?
Here’s what we chose. (All editorial asides are from Amy.)
Amy
- I’d choose Disneyland Park.
- I’d ride Pirates of the Caribbean. It’s not that it’s my absolute favorite, but I love it, and it lasts a good long time, so I’d really get the pleasure of being there. Plus, I miss that smell of treated water and mildew. Really.
- I’d eat the fried chicken meal from the Plaza Inn and sit outside at an umbrella table, enjoying the flowers and watching the people go by.
- I’d get a caramel and chocolate covered pretzel stick with Reese’s Pieces from Pooh Corner, and I’d eat it sitting on a bench in Critter Country, watching people go over the big drop on Splash Mountain.
- I’d watch the fireworks from wherever I was in the park and not worry about getting a “perfect” spot on Main Street.
- I’d meet Mickey, because how could you do better than that?
Erin
- I’d choose California Adventure.
- I’d go with Incredicoaster honestly. That sounds fun.
- I’d pick Tangaroa Terrace at the Disneyland Hotel (No, this isn’t in California Adventure, but Erin went rogue, and it’s imaginary anyway.) I’d eat the Sweet and Spicy Chicken Wings and the Pork Gyoza. I’d eat outside, definitely, because it’s nice to just be out there with a view of the pool, watching people.
- For a treat I’d pick a Mint Julep. (There she goes again. She must have an imaginary Park Hopper.) I’d drink it in the pretty, shaded area near the New Orleans train station.
- I’d go see the Electrical Parade because I do not remember the last time I saw it. (Now I want to change my answer to that too, even though I do remember it.)
- I’m not big on meeting characters, but I’d go and get a picture with Mickey though.
Lee
- I’d be at Disneyland.
- I’d ride on Indiana Jones because it’s my favorite ride. Indy will always be my favorite.
- For a meal I’d have beignets and Dole Whip. (Do you see what I have to work with here? I explained that treats come later, but she insisted that this is a meal. Well, it’s imaginary, so I guess I can be indulgent, just this once.)
- Hmm….Jack-Jack Cookie Num Nums. (I’ve given up at this point and I’m allowing Park Hopping)
- Show? World of Color.
- I don’t know. I’d take a picture with Mickey.
Aidan
(This kid actually understood the rules.)
- Disneyland. It has more shade. That’s facts.
- Space Mountain because I want to ride on one of the big rides, but I don’t want to get wet right now.
- The Hungry Bear because it’s classic. The chicken sandwich is so good.
- Churro. Obviously. It’s the best Disneyland treat.
- Obviously if the Electrical Parade were there, that’s the first choice.
- Jack Sparrow. He’s cool.
Justin
- Disneyland is the park I most associate with my family and with happiness.
- If I get one ride, then I have to chose between Big Thunder and Splash Mountain. I think in the summer I would go with Splash Mountain.
- I’d go to the Blue Bayou. There’s no other place that serves a Monte Cristo where I can be inside the Pirates of the Caribbean.
- Without question, a Dole Whip with Rum on the Disney Wonder inside the theater. (Not even a park hopper can justify that leap.) And if I can’t then that’s what I’ll be thinking of when I eat my Dole Whip in the park.
- The Electrical Parade.
- Boy, that’s a good one. I much prefer the villains to the heroes. I met the Evil Queen in the Fantasyland courtyard, and the only thing that could be better about meeting her again would be if the sisters from Cinderella stopped by.
Now it’s your turn. What would you choose if you were at Disney right now? Be sure to scroll down to leave your answers below.

Park- Would be Disneyland. It’s the OG.
Ride- At this point I would have to say Rise since I am a huge Star Wars fan and haven’t gotten to ride it yet!! Can’t wait!
Meal- I’d probably choose the Blue Bayou for the atmosphere and the gumbo!
Treat- The original Mickey shaped beignets! Eat them down by the Rivers of America and people watch!
Show/Parade- I’m a sucker for the Electrical Light Parade! When the music starts, I still get goosebumps!
Character- No trip would be complete for me without meeting my idol….Donald Duck!
Those are all fabulous choices!
I would be in DCA. First guardians, then incredicoaster. Bing bongs, lobster nachos at Lamplight, guardians again. A Starbucks then PHILHARMAGIC. Maybe incredicoaster again at night.
That sounds like an amazing day!
1. Park – Animal Kingdom Park
2. Ride – Flight of Passage (Safari was a very close second)
3. Meal – The quick service place in Pandora
4. Treat – Zebra Dome
5. Rivers of Light
6. No characters, I am okay without.
That sounds like an awesome run! Love the zebra domes!
I would be at Disneyland.
I would ride Big Thunder Mountain. I have so many good memories of this one.
I would eat at the Hungry Bear because memories and shade. I would order ahead by phone of course. Thanks for teaching me that.
For a treat… Churros
I am not a show/parade guy.
It sure was a blast meeting Darth Vader!
I almost went for Hungry Bear too! I love watching the boats go by.
I would go to Disneyland and choose Rise of the Resistance since I don’t think I’ll ever get to ride it. Seems impossible to get in but since we’re dreaming anyway, that’s what I would choose.
I would eat at the French Market Restaurant and get the Slow-Roasted Half Chicken. It’s about the only place where I really enjoy my meal. I share it with my hubby and we both get plenty to eat at a decent price.
The treat has to be a Dole Whip although the newish Chile-Mango Loaded Dole Whip at Tropical Hideaway is my new favorite. I may never get a plain Dole Whip again! LOL
I’ve always enjoyed Fantasmic so that’s what I would watch.
I would love to meet Ursula. She’s the best!
They do meets with Ursula? That’s awesome! I totally agree with Rise of the Resistance.
I Donat think they have meets with Úrsula but wouldn’t that be fantastic
It would be awesome!

GREAT questions, I had to think about it 🤔
Oh, that definitely sounds like a fun day! We only got to spend one day in Animal Kingdom, but we loved Expedition Everest.
1. Disneyland all the way – so many happy memories!
2. The ride would be Big Thunder, I’m with you, Nate. “Hold on to your hats and glasses!”
3. Well, I’d join Justin on the Disney Wonder for really good food, but who actually comes to
Disneyland for the food anyway?
4. Definitely churros, and since this is imaginary, I won’t have a gluten problem, and I can eat as
many as I want. Hooray!
5. It is still the Electrical Light Parade for me. I love it when that synthesizer voice says “Ladies
and gentlemen, boys and girls, Disneyland proudly presents . . .” and all the little lightning bugs
start zipping around while that great music plays!”
6. It is good to meet Tianna so we can tell her how Aidan had a crush on her when he was little!
